Barbara earned her Real Estate License in 2002 and purchased The Claridge Realty Group, LLC in June 2007. Barbara has resided at Claridge House II for the past 23 years and has served twelve years as an elected member of the Claridge House II Condominium Association, having held the positions of President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary.

She also served as a member of the "Claridges, LLC", which owns and maintains Claridge Drive and the surrounding acreage jointly owned by Claridge House I and Claridge House II.

Prior to purchasing The Claridge Realty Group, LLC Barbara held the position of Administrative Office Manager, New Jersey Economic Development Authority, an independent state agency whose mission is to broaden New Jersey's economic base by stimulating business development, job creation and community revitalization through low-interest financing assistance, including tax exempt and taxable bond financing, loan guarantees, venture capital and business and tax incentives.

Barbara also served as Executive Administrator and Special Deputy Surrogate, Essex County Surrogate's Court.

Carol Ann Fabian

Carol Fabian has been active in the real estate business for over 30 years. After becoming a licensed broker she furthered her studies and earned her GRI designation (Graduate Realtor Institute) and shortly thereafter earned the distinguished CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist) a designation shared with only four percent of realtors nationwide.

Carol started in condominium sales in 1979 when this form of ownership was novel and mostly unknown in Northern New Jersey.

She began working with American Invsco, who at the time was the foremost condominium converter in the United States, having converted luxury apartment buildings in Manhattan, Chicago and Philadelphia. When American Invsco converted Claridge House One to condominium ownership Carol became its liason with the surrounding communities and real estate agencies. She also taught classes on "Informational Condominium Ownership".

Thereafter American Invsco and City Federal Savings & Loan selected Carol as their exclusive agent to manage and market approximately 50 units at Claridge I all of which she successfully brought to transaction. She also worked with the developer of Claridge House II and has marketed upwards of 250 condominium residencies, the majority at the Claridges but also in West Orange, Little Falls, Bloomfield, Montville and surrounding area.

Subsequently Carol became an owner/partner in a local REMAX Real Estate company, although still marketing condominiums, she became more involved in selling, renting and managing all residential real estate.

Last year she divested herself from the REMAX franchise to become Broker of Record at The Claridge Realty Group, LLC where once again she is focusing her energies on the Claridge Houses.

Carol has been a Member of N.J. Association of Realtors Million Dollar Sales Club for many years culminating in a lifetime membership in the NJ Association of Realtors Distingquished Sales Club and was honored as Realtor Associate of the Year by The West- Essex Board of Relators for her contribution to the Real Estate industry.
